Location: Massillon, Ohio
Schedule: Monday-Friday and Tuesday-Saturday
Mast Trucking is hiring a strategic account manager to serve and grow key accounts. This role is about becoming a trusted partner: solving problems quickly, communicating proactively, and finding ways to create value that keeps freight moving and relationships strong. You'll work closely with operations to deliver exceptional service while identifying opportunities to grow business and strengthen long-term partnerships.

What You’ll Do- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Own the day-to-day relationship and performance of assigned accounts ensuring communication is clear, direct, and proactive
- Solve problems quickly and fairly when challenges arise
- Partner closely with load planners and driver managers to keep freight moving smoothly
- Identify opportunities to expand services, increase freight volume and add value
- Make strategic decisions that balance customer needs with company profitability
- Collaborate with the team to streamline processes and improve the customer experience
- Manage yourself independently, taking ownership of results without needing hand-holding

- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Supply Chain, or related field)
- 1–5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or account management preferred
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and relationship‑building skills
- Proven ability to make sound, strategic business decisions
- Ability to thrive in a high‑pressure, fast‑changing environment
