DescriptionTower Industries is seeking a dedicated and collaborative HR Generalist to join our team. We prioritize a thoughtful workflow over a chaotic environment, allowing you to focus on quality and meaningful employee support. Because we operate as a cohesive team, our ideal candidate is a versatile professional who is always willing to step in and assist with other operational roles as needed to ensure collective success.
This is a part-time / hourly position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and/or create employee job descriptions
- Manage recruiting efforts
- Manage employment processes including hiring, onboarding, orientation, training, promotion, transfer, performance evaluations, discipline & corrective action, termination, and exit
- Manage compensation and administer benefits
- Create and distribute employee communications
- Promote employee retention
- Work closely with other managers and department heads to understand staffing needs
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state and local human resources regulations and programs
- Support cross-functional team needs by actively assisting with other operational roles and tasks as business demands require.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Three years proven HR and leadership experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of federal/state/local labor regulations
- Finance experience in Commercial Construction or Manufacturing desired
- Experience with EOS preferred
- Microsoft Office Software to include Word, Excel, Outlook;
