Customer Service & Sales Support Rep

Are you an organized customer service professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Our client in Massillonis looking for a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative to become a key member of their team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with customer service, inside sales support, order entry, or manufacturing administrative experience who enjoys building relationships and keeping customers informed.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers by phone and email
• Enter and manage customer orders
• Provide pricing, order status, and shipment updates
• Track orders and proactively communicate delays
• Support the sales team with quotes, reports, and documentation
• Maintain accurate records and customer files
• Work closely with production, shipping, and internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

• 2+ years of customer service, sales support, or administrative experience
• Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Experience with ERP/order management systems is a plus.

• $20.00-$22.00/hour based on experience
