This is a part-time, on-site role in Massillon, Ohio, for a Licensed Optician. The Licensed Optician will assist customers with selecting and fitting eyewear, interpret prescriptions from optometrists, and conduct repairs and adjustments to glasses. The role also involves ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service and conducting eye exams in collaboration with eye care professionals to deliver the best patient care experience.

• Knowledge and expertise in optics, including lens types, materials, and fitting techniques.
• Experience in optometry and conducting or assisting with eye exams.
• Strong customer service and customer satisfaction skills, including the ability to assist clients with eyewear selection and provide personalized support.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work well with patients and team members.
• Appropriate licensure and certification as a Licensed Optician, meeting state requirements.
• Familiarity with current optical tools, equipment, and technologies is an asset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment while maintaining attention to detail.
