Human Resources​/Social Services Director

The Legends Care Center is seeking a full time Social Services Director for our Skilled Nursing Facility located in Massillon, OH!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The
Social Services Director is responsible for acting as a liaison and representative of the residents’ social interests and to assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the Social Services Department. As well as managing census as the director of Admissions.

Qualifications of Social Service Director:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a human services field including but not limited to sociology, special education, rehabilitation counseling, or psychology.

• Licensure or certification as a social worker in the state of OH

• At least one year of relevant experience

• Experience in Skilled Nursing preferred

• Excellent communication skills
