As a Staff Pharmacist you play a critical role at the forefront of delivering our purpose, modeling our values and demonstrating genuine care for patients. In addition to supporting the Pharmacy Manager, you oversee all aspects of pharmacy operations, ensuring patient safety and quality service.

- Lead with heart—display empathy and compassion for patients, customers, caregivers and colleagues.
- Motivate, inspire, and develop Pharmacy Support Staff, balancing assignments to maximize strengths and reduce knowledge gaps.
- Identify critical business opportunities and develop solutions to drive growth and improve pharmacy performance.
- Implement solutions by leading the team to achieve specified goals.
- Adapt to change and adjust plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting.
- Seek new ways to grow, collaborate with others and deliver better outcomes.

- Apply acquired knowledge to help drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors.
- Active Pharmacy License in the state of employment.
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- Immunization certification through an accredited organization (e.g., APhA).
- No pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances.
- Education:
Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.
D. degree.
Anticipated weekly hours: 40. Full time.
Pay range: $60.00 – $76.00 per hour. Eligible for bonus, commission, or short‑term incentive programs.
