Counselors will provide direct clinical services, in an residential setting, and supervisions to lower-level licensed counselors. Comm Quest Services is one of the largest non-profit mental health, addiction recovery, and social services organizations in Northeast Ohio, working with clients from more than 34 counties in 12 facilities through more than 20 programs. We help people make positive changes in their lives through in-patient, outpatient and school-based programs, along with supportive services - from basic needs to employment assistance.

- Provide trauma informed, evidence-based counseling services.
- Coordinate care with internal and external systems and service providers. Orient new clients to the agency's treatment philosophy.
- Provide crisis interventions, as needed.
- Provide assessments, as needed.
- Perform clinical record keeping.
- Provide client and family education.
- All other duties as assigned.
- Minimum Master's degree in Clinical Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required
- Minimum LPCC-S or LISW-S is required.
- 2-3 years providing supervision is preferred
- Previous experience with EHR systems and/or Next Gen is preferred
- Previous experience providing both mental health and AOD services highly desired
- Previous experience providing trauma informed and evidence-based counseling is highly desired
- Must be willing to work with adolescents and adults, providing individual and group counseling
- Must be fluent in written and spoken English

- Salary listed is base pay. Quarterly bonuses paid for licensed positions based on hours worked, up to $5400(annually).
