Crossroads Hospice is seeking a dedicated STNA (CNA) to join our compassionate care team in Green, OH. You will work Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, travel to the Green office as required, and provide attentive assistance to patients and families within our hospice program.
The role requires completion of the Ohio 75-hour competency program, active state certification as a nurses' aide, and at least one year of hospice or home health experience.
