Crossroads Hospice & Palliative Care in Ohio is seeking State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) to join a compassionate interdisciplinary team. CNAs will be at the bedside, supporting patients and families during end-of-life care and will be expected to travel to the Green, OH office for duties.
The role requires Ohio STNA certification (75 hours), an unrestricted aide certification, and at least 1 year of hospice or home health aide experience.
