Direct Support Professional

We are seeking an energetic and compassionate Direct Support Professionals to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing personalized assistance and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, helping them achieve greater independence and quality of life. • Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores
• Support clients in participating in community activities, outings, and recreational events
• Promote independence by encouraging skill development and self-advocacy
• Monitor and document clients’ progress, behaviors, and needs
• Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all clients
• Collaborate with team members, families, and service providers to develop and implement individualized care plans

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• relevant experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to remain energetic, patient, and empathetic in a variety of situations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation may be required
• Ability to lift and assist with physical activities as needed
• Knowledge of developmental disabilities and community resources is a plus
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
