Schedule: Monday–Friday, In-Office
Salary: $50,000 o $60,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Payroll Specialist):

• Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time for union and non-union employees.
• Interpret and apply collective bargaining agreements (CBAs) to ensure proper wage calculations, premiums, overtime rules, and benefit contributions.
• Maintain payroll records in compliance with federal, state, local, and union regulations.
• Administer payroll-related functions including deductions, benefits, garnishments, and tax with holdings.

What We're Looking For (Payroll Specialist):

• 3+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience processing payroll in a union environment required.
