The Senior Sales Director - Walmart Team is responsible for leading Shearer's largest and most strategically significant customer partnership. This role has accountability for the Walmart P&L and drives both short and long‑term growth for the Shearer's portfolio. This leader will collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver exceptional quality, service, and value to Walmart while building strong customer relationships and shaping the future roadmap of innovation and category leadership.

The Senior Director will serve as a people‑first leader, developing talent and fostering a culture aligned with Shearer's values.

• Own and lead the Walmart P&L with full responsibility for Revenue
