R2 Sealant Systems is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead all maintenance operations, ensure equipment reliability, and support safe, efficient production. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who thrives in fast‑paced manufacturing and enjoys driving continuous improvement.

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the facility to maximize equipment uptime, production efficiency, and workplace safety. This role leads maintenance personnel, manages preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and collaborates cross‑functionally to support manufacturing operations and long‑term growth.

• Lead, schedule, and supervise maintenance technicians (mechanical, electrical, and automation)
• Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime
• Oversee maintenance of production equipment, conveyors, robotics, PLCs, and facility systems
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and coordinate timely repairs to support production schedules
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, and capital improvement projects
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company safety standards
• Maintain accurate maintenance records using CMMS
• Manage outside contractors and service providers
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (TPM, Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis)
• Support equipment installations, upgrades, and process improvements

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or engineering background preferred
• 5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation systems
• PLC troubleshooting and industrial controls experience preferred
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, TPM, or Six Sigma is a plus
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
• Preventive and predictive maintenance planning
• Equipment reliability and uptime optimization
• Team leadership and technician development
• Budgeting, inventory, and cost control
• Root cause analysis and continuous improvement
• CMMS usage and maintenance KPI tracking
• Manufacturing floor environment with exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
• On‑call or off‑shift availability may be required to support production needs
