Quality Control Inspector 2nd Shift

Quality Inspector at ARE-Massillon OH Plant (2nd Shift 3pm – 2am Monday‑Thursday)

• Ensure product compliance with standards at multiple stations throughout the shop
• Verify unit meets product specification sheet standards
• Identify parts and placement of components
• Conduct a comprehensive quality check of each unit using documented best practices (work instructions)
• Document each unit in the data tracking database
• Complete additional tasks as assigned

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (preferred)
• Proficient oral and written communication skills
• Basic computer and math skills

• Follow work instructions accurately
• Safely operate a power industrial truck and/or aerial work platform
• Maintain a valid power industrial truck license
• Learn and understand the manufacturing process
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and training
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and report unsafe conditions or behaviors to a supervisor
• Complete all required records, reports, and forms neatly, accurately, and timely
• Seek continuous improvement of materials, processes, product quality, and worker safety
