Seasonal - Coater Operator 1st Shift

Responsibilities

• Follow all Safety rules and required PPE
• Be willing to learn all aspects of line both coater operator and Re-wind operator
• Will learn Mobile equipment for job tasks
• Keep a clean work environment for safety reasons
• Communicate with the Operators and Leads, exchange information with the incoming shift
• PM tasks on machine when needed
• Communicate issues or restraints to the Supervisor
• Follow quality processes and call out anything out of sorts

• High School Graduate or GED.
• Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment
• Good attendance record
• Physical Requirements - Bending, crawling, stooping, standing, vision, lifting (minimum of 50lbs.), walking, Ability to stand for standard 8-hour shift or longer
• Cognitive skills needed to complete tasks, including abilities such as learning, remembering, focusing, categorizing, and integrating information for decision making, problem-solving, and comprehending
• Ability to work assigned shift including overtime and weekends, as needed
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

• Experience in a packaging or other manufacturing environment
• Licensed to drive a lift truck, but will train if not already licensed

• Starting salary for position: $22.29
