Fresh Mark Inc. is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Supervisor for our Massillon Plant. In this role, you will oversee daily maintenance operations within a food manufacturing plant, ensuring equipment reliability and compliance with safety regulations.
You will lead a team of technicians, coordinate preventive maintenance, and troubleshoot systems. The ideal candidate has at least 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in food, along with strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
