Material Handler, Forklift Operator, Manufacturing Production
This position is an essential part of Sherwin’s manufacturing team. This position is accountable for the safe operation of industrial material handling equipment including forklifts (stand and sit), pallet jacks, and/or hand trucks to move raw materials and finished goods into and throughout the warehouse and production areas and loads outgoing shipments to trailers for delivery to our customers or warehouses.
This position performs various tasks as assigned and is responsible for maintaining a safe, clean, and productive working environment.
3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00pm - 7:30am
Shift Differential: $0.40/hour
Job duties include contact with other employees, operating heavy machinery, and access to proprietary information, raw materials, finished merchandise, and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company’s staff, employees, and vendors.
