Maintenance Tech

Maintenance Tech – Pay: $30 - $32 per hour, based on experience; one hour shift differential; shift hours 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, second shift. Weekends, overtime, and holidays as needed.

• Comply with all safety processes and insist on safety practices of self and others.
• Show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and adapt to changes quickly.
• Monitor performance of plant machinery and equipment for proper operating performance; perform regular and preventive maintenance, repairs, diagnoses, tests, troubleshoot, and inspections on all machinery and equipment; document work accordingly.
• Ensure all standard operating procedures are followed.
• Multi‑task and keep up with demands in a fast‑paced environment.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Minimum one year of industrial or building facility maintenance experience.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend, follow verbal and written instructions and product manuals.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem‑solve, and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and respectful attitude.

• 1 to 3+ years working with basic electrical systems, compressors, welding, plumbing, conveyors, hydraulics, packaging, PLC, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, and pumps.
• Experience with lock‑out/tag‑out (LOTO).
• Forklift experience.

• Able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending/stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements.
• Perform duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
• Work in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods; may include areas where dust and chemicals are present.
