Build internal conduit structures according to specifications and production plans;
Oversee the concrete casting process to ensure concrete is poured correctly and consistently;
Clean and prepare steel forms to specification before each pour;
Cut and join PVC conduits to maintain proper spacing and alignment within units;
Inspect units for quality and ensure they meet established standards
