Production Operator

Production Operator – Pay: $25.75 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential, $29.00 after probation. 3rd Shift; 10:00 pm to 6:30 am — Weekends/Overtime/Holidays as needed.

As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will perform front‑line production processes, operating machinery and equipment and packaging final products.

• Comply with all safety processes and insist on safety practices of self and others.
• Show up on time, complete tasks by deadlines, and adapt to changes quickly.
• Be able to multi‑task and keep up with production demands in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ensure all quality standards and SOPs are followed during production.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area.
• Collaborate and follow the instructions of Leads and Management to accomplish daily work assignments.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 1 year or more of work experience in any industry.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Can read, write, comprehend, and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
• Willingness to learn new skills, problem‑solve, and troubleshoot.
• Strong collaboration, communication skills, and is always respectful.

• 1+ year of manufacturing work experience.
• Machine operation and/or forklift experience.

• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequent movement including walking, standing, bending, stooping, turning, twisting, pushing, pulling, raising arms, lifting, climbing and other active movements.
• Performing duties while wearing personal protective equipment.
• Working in temperature zones that include cold and/or hot environments for extended periods and may include areas where dust and chemicals are present.
