* POSITION OVERVIEW:

** This position must be able to perform the duties outlined below as a Team Leader.  Additionally, they must be able to fill-in to support the Electricians (going out on breakdown calls, flexibility to be called in during emergent breakdowns, and the accurate documentation and record-keeping associated with these tasks).
*
* DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

*** Must be able to get online with Allen-Bradley PLC’s and HMI’s to troubleshoot and make program edits.
* Modify existing electrical circuits to add relays, push buttons, sensors, ect.
* Interpret blueprints, schematics, and design documents. Ensure all electrical work meets local, state, and national electrical codes.
* Ensure the electrical shop is clean and organized.
* Other duties as assigned by management.
** SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
*** Proven experience in managing and supervising employees (i.e. electricians, etc.)
* Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.

* Responsibilities include:

the training and safety of employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems; making monthly work schedule for electricians.

* MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

*** High School Diploma or GED
* Five to ten years related work experience.
* Ability to read and understand electrical schematics.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Power Point
