Shearer’s Foods in Massillon, OH is seeking a Forklift Operator - Unloader/Production Puller to join our food manufacturing team. You will load/unload docked trailers, pull and load customer orders, and build pallets in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Experience with stand-up and reach forklifts is required. Candidates should be able to lift 50–60 pounds, work weekends, and occasionally overtime. We value reliability, teamwork, and a safety-first mindset.
