Key Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, grooming, and mobility.
Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions.
Support residents during meals and social activities.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Foster a positive, respectful, and compassionate environment.
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver person-centered care.
Available Shifts:
Full-Time, Part-Time, or PRN
Every other weekend required

High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Ohio CNA certification or willingness to obtain
