Absolute Hospice, Inc. is seeking a Hospice RN for a full-time on-call role serving Stark and Summit County homes.
The position follows a 7 days on - 7 days off schedule, with on-call hours Monday–Friday 4 pm–8 am and Saturday–Sunday 8 am–8 am, then a week off. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, coordinating and revising care plans, providing hands-on nursing, educating patients and families, documenting care, and participating in QA/QI processes.
