Shearer's Foods is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician at their Stark Distribution Center in Massillon, Ohio. This position offers $20.30 per hour plus a $3 shift premium for night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. Responsibilities include ensuring quality standards are maintained, performing lab tests, training staff, and documenting results. Suitable candidates will have over two years of experience in quality assurance within the food industry, possess strong attendance, and demonstrate safety and leadership skills.
