• Provide top-notch customer service while achieving sales goals and maintaining store appearance.
• Engage with customers, sharing your passion for our products and community.
• Participate in promotions and contests with enthusiasm.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization on the sales floor and in the stock area.
• Assist management with markdowns and store operations to optimize performance.
• Follow visual merchandising standards to create an inviting shopping experience.
• Adhere to security policies to prevent loss and ensure a safe environment.

• At least 16 years of age.
• Strong attention to detail and a neat appearance.
• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.

• Enthusiasm for our brand and products.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented with a team‑focused attitude.
• Adaptable and quick to learn in a dynamic environment.
