In this role, you will be the face of Lowe's, assisting customers with their payments and providing prompt responses to inquiries. Your primary duties will be at the cash register, but you may also help in other areas of the store as needed.

• Deliver a fast, friendly, and professional checkout experience.
• Assist customers in the self‑checkout area.
• Scan and bag items accurately and efficiently.
• Manage cash register transactions, including payments and exchanges.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns.
• Help maintain a clean and safe workstation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
• Ability to stand and sit for extended periods.
• Experience with computers, including data entry and information retrieval.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 10 lbs unassisted or over 15 lbs with assistance.
• Obtain sales‑related licensure if required by your state.

• Experience in retail or customer service.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
