• Engage with existing Subaru owners to discuss vehicle upgrade opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Manage trade‑in evaluations and coordinate with sales and service teams to convert them into new Subaru sales.
• Work closely with the service and sales departments to ensure a smooth, customer‑first experience.
• Create a welcoming environment that increases trade‑ins, boosts new Subaru sales, and enhances the overall customer experience.

• Previous and strong sales and negotiation skills preferred (but not required).
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• A customer‑first mindset and professional attitude.
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
