Sleep Expert - Sales

Job Overview

The Sleep Expert will elevate and enhance the customer's in‑store experience by serving as a trusted sleep authority and offering best‑in‑class products.

• Execute Mattress Firm selling programs with digital tools and support a seamless omnichannel experience.
• Create an engaging environment that puts the customer at the center.
• Cultivate strong relationships and provide technical and product knowledge.
• Drive individual sales performance, meet KPIs, and demonstrate company values.
• Maintain customer relationships during and after purchase, including resolving issues and sending delivery reminders.
• Monitor competition and stay aware of competitor ads and services.
• Leverage social media to increase brand awareness and sales.
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ pounds.

Competitive pay range of $45,000 to $65,000 per year (depending on qualifications and experience). Eligible leadership roles may receive additional bonus opportunities. Compensation includes base pay or uncapped commission and on‑demand pay.
