We’re looking for someone who is organized, proactive, and eager to grow within a sales-driven environment.

Our Sales and Customer Support Representatives act as a key link between our customers and internal teams, working to understand each customer’s unique challenges and ensure the right solutions are delivered every time.

This role sits at the center of everything we do. As a Sales and Customer Support Representative, you’ll bridge the gap between customers, Account Managers, and internal teams—working daily with Sales, Operations, and Accounting to keep projects moving and customers supported. You’re not just supporting the business—you’re at the heart of it.

Full-Time, In-Person, Monday to Friday, 8 am-5 pm

Massillon, OH

Municipal Water, Wastewater Treatment, Sewer Bypass, Lift Station Bypass, Dewatering, Construction Dewatering, Fluid Transfer, Industrial Maintenance, Utilities, Infrastructure, and Environmental.

• Coordinate and expedite customer orders with internal operations teams
• Communicate directly with customers to understand needs and ensure timely service
• Support business development efforts through prospecting and relationship building
• Accurately process orders, enter data, and maintain customer records
• Research and gather information to support customer requests and internal decision-making

• Associate’s degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Customer Service/Support: 1 year +
• Driver’s License (Required)
