Sign Installer

Seeking a detail-oriented, safety-conscious Sign Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the professional and accurate installation of various types of signage, including indoor, outdoor, illuminated, non-illuminated, vinyl graphics, and dimensional lettering. You'll work at client sites, sometimes at heights, and often as part of a small crew or independently.

• Install a wide variety of signs according to project specifications and site conditions
• Operate power tools, lifts, ladders, and other equipment safely and effectively
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to determine layout and installation procedures
• Prepare surfaces and structures for mounting signs, ensuring stability and alignment
• Load, transport, and unload signs and installation materials
• Communicate with project managers, team members, and clients to ensure installations meet expectations
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work vehicle
• Follow all safety guidelines, company policies, and OSHA regulations

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in sign installation or a related construction/technical field preferred
• Ability to work comfortably at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and light construction equipment
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record (CDL is a plus)
• * Eectrical signage knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift 50+ lbs

• Knowledge of electrical wiring (for illuminated signs)
• Crane operation or bucket truck experience; scissor lift experience
• Certification in rigging or fall protection (optional but a plus)
• Basic carpentry or construction background
