This is a full‑time on‑site role for a Diesel Mechanic based in Massillon, OH. The Diesel Mechanic will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing diesel engines and heavy equipment. Daily tasks include performing routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring work complies with safety and operational standards. This individual will collaborate with other team members to ensure fleet readiness and equipment reliability.

• Strong skills in Diesel Mechanics with proficiency in diagnosing and repairing diesel‑powered vehicles and equipment
• Experience with Vehicle Maintenance, Preventive Maintenance, and creating maintenance schedules for optimal performance
• Knowledge of Heavy Equipment operation, repair, and troubleshooting
• Background in Equipment Maintenance and familiarity with relevant tools and techniques
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative on‑site team
• Commitment to safety protocols and high attention to detail
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training in diesel or heavy equipment mechanics is a plus
