Comm Quest seeks a DIP Night Monitor to be a member of the Driver Intervention Program located in Massillon.

The DIP Night Monitor is responsible for maintaining a safe, secure, and clean environment for the DIP experience. Night Monitor personnel will ensure adherence to DIP rules and manage crises as needed. This is a part‑time position and will work 3‑day and 6‑day programs two to three times per month. Programs run Thursday through Sunday and Thursday through Wednesday.

• Share Comm Quest's mission, build valuable relationships, and extend our reach.
• Conduct searches of all participants' belongings upon entry to the program.
• Assist in securing medications.
• Ensure adherence to all DIP rules.
• Manage participants as needed.
• Complete occurrence reports, incident reports, and progress notes documenting all remarkable circumstances; i.e., illness, facility problems, serious rule infractions, and participant termination.
• Conduct frequent headcounts per shift to ensure all participants are present at meal time, before the start of any session, after any occurrence, at lights out, after breaks, at wake up, and during sleep hours.
• All other duties as assigned.

This is a part‑time night shift position, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM.

• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Must work overnight/third shift.
• Must have the ability to be assertive in enforcing rules and policies while keeping a calm and professional approach.
• Must be comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people.
• Must exhibit effective communication skills with a wide variety of clientele.
