Comm Quest Services is seeking aFull-Time Case Manager for our Massillon Recovery Campus in Massillon, Ohio. The Case Manager will assess, plan, implement, coordinate, monitor, and evaluate services for adults 18+.
Responsibilities include symptom monitoring, crisis management, advocacy, and linking clients to community supports. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Social Work or related field, CDCA certification, and experience with adults with mental illness and substance use disorders.
