Mast Logistics is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support our day-to-day transportation operations. This is an operations-support role responsible for keeping load information accurate, shipments on schedule, and communication flowing between drivers, customers, and internal teams. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in multiple computer systems at once, this is a great entry point into the logistics and transportation industry.

• Enter and update loads in the Transportation Management System (TMS), ensuring accuracy of shipment details, status changes, and delivery information
• Track and trace shipments to monitor on-time performance, document delays, and elevate late or at-risk loads
• Schedule and reschedule pickup and delivery appointments with shippers and receivers, communicating updates to drivers and operations
• Collect, review, and upload Bills of Lading (BOLs) and delivery paperwork, ensuring documents are complete and properly filed
• Perform data entry related to load activity, delays, accessorials, and operational reporting
• Answer inbound calls from drivers, customers, and partners, providing shipment updates and routing inquiries as needed
• Maintain organized shipment records and support the operations team with system updates, follow-ups, and general clerical tasks

• Strong computer and data entry skills

• Experience in logistics, transportation, or dispatch support
• Familiarity with TMS systems
• Clerical or administrative experience
