Receiving Coordinator

Legacy Staffing has partnered with a growing manufacturing company in Massillon, OHto hire aReceiving Coordinator.

This is afirst-shift opportunity with a pay range of $20-24/hourbased on experience and skill level. This role focuses on ensuring raw materials are received accurately, inventoryremainsorganized, and production teams have the materials they need tomaintainefficient operations. The Receiving Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting warehouse functions, inventory accuracy, and overall manufacturing success.

• Receive and inspect incoming material deliveries
• Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and Bills of Lading
• Unload trucks using forklifts and other material handling equipment
• Label, organize, and stage materials for production use
• Maintainaccurateinventory transactions and receiving records
• Prepare and organize shipping and receiving documentation
• Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, and production teams
• Maintaina clean, organized, and safe receiving area
• Assist with inventory counts and warehouse organization

• Minimum of 1 year of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience; preferably in a manufacturing or metals environment
• Ability to read packing slips and Bills of Lading
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Dependable with excellent attendance
• Ability to work flexible shifts orovertimeasrequired
• Forklift experience preferred
• Overhead crane experience preferred
