RGP is seeking an experienced operational accounting leader to join our finance leadership team. This is not a traditional back-office role; you will design scalable processes, optimize financial systems, and integrate acquired entities in a multi-entity environment, reporting directly to the CFO.
You will own multi-entity close, GAAP compliance, ERP optimization, and KPI dashboards, while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and due diligence for M&A. Travel to Utah and Georgia may be required.
