PositionPart‑Time Facilities & Mailroom Coordinator

ScheduleMonday‑Friday | 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM

- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Manage national UPS account
- Manage national ordering and distribution of business cards, stationery, and paper supply
- Prepare outgoing mail and shipments
- Coordinate with carriers and internal departments
- Support basic facilities and mailroom operations
- Work on special projects as directed (print jobs, conference room set‑ups, etc.)
- Maintain an organized, efficient mailroom
- Replenish paper for copiers and coordinate service calls with vendor
- Prior experience (2+ years) with UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, or similar delivery/logistics roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Customer‑service mindset and professionalism
- Ability to manage light physical tasks associated with mail handling
Hourly rate between $25.00 and $30.00 with eligibility for bonuses and extensive benefits—including time off for holidays, 3 weeks paid vacation, 6 sick days, 3 personal days, eligibility for overtime, medical/dental/vision coverage, discounts on mortgages and home appliances, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
