Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking highly motivated Automotive Tire Technicians to join our team at our state‑of‑the‑art automotive service and retail tire sales centers in the Keyport, NJ area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.

As an Automotive Tire Technician, you’ll be the backbone of our business. You’ll receive competitive, guaranteed base compensation and additional earning potential through significant weekly bonus payments. The starting base rate of pay is negotiable.

• No experience is needed. We will teach you everything through paid training. During the introductory period you are eligible for guaranteed weekly bonus payments up to $800.
• Automotive Tire Technicians install new tires and wheels and perform tire services such as rotations, balancing, and flat repairs to keep customers’ vehicles operating safely.
• You will receive weekly bonus payments tied to every single service you perform on top of your guaranteed hourly rate.
