HEAD OVER HEELS (HOH) — FULL-TIME CUSTOMER SERVICE / ENROLLMENT SPECIALIST

We help families find confidence, community, and the right program for their child.

We are looking for a high-energy, organized, people-first team member to join our Matawan office as a Full-Time Customer Service / Enrollment Specialist.

This role is part customer service, part relationship-building, part enrollment support.

You’ll help guide families through questions about our gymnastics, ninja, dance, and preschool programs while creating a warm, confident, high-level experience from the very first phone call or text message.

• Answer inbound phone calls from families inquiring about programs and enrollment
• Respond quickly to texts, emails, website or pipeline leads
• Help guide families toward the right classes and programs
• Schedule trials, tours, and introductions to the gym
• Give occasional tours of the facility
• Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using our internal pipelines and CRM systems
• Maintain organized communication and accurate records
• Work closely with leadership and coaching teams to create an A+ family experience

• Strong communicator with a positive, confident personality
• Comfortable talking on the phone throughout the day
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Friendly, calm, and professional under pressure
• Able to multitask and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using software systems, texting platforms, and customer pipelines
• Sales/customer service experience is helpful — but relationship-building and communication matter most
