We are looking for a Parts Customer Service Representative to join a service-focused team in New Jersey. The position supports customers by phone and in person while helping with order-related tasks and general parts support in a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person regarding truck parts, pricing, and availability.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist customers in identifying the correct parts for their equipment and vehicles.
• Generate quotes and provide product recommendations.
• Coordinate with warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Track and resolve customer issues, returns, and warranty claims as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records within the company system.
• Follow up with customers regarding order status and outstanding requests.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional communication and service.
