About the Role
K. Hovnanian is seeking a highly analytical Financial Analyst to join our Corporate Treasury team. In this role, you will support financial planning, liquidity analysis, capital markets activity, and strategic finance initiatives by developing models, analyzing performance, and preparing materials that inform decision‑making across the organization. What You’ll DoTo be successful in this role, you should bring a strong foundation in finance or accounting, sound analytical judgment, and the ability to communicate clearly with a range of business partners.
Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, plus 1–2 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, modeling, accounting, treasury, or corporate finance. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
Preferred SkillsYou are comfortable interpreting financial and business information, preparing clear written materials, presenting insights to stakeholders, and solving practical problems in a fast‑paced environment.
