As a Home Health Aide, you will provide one‑on‑one care to our clients, assisting with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming. You will also assist with medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. Your goal will be to promote our clients' overall well‑being, independence, and dignity.

• Provide personalized care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities and personal care

• Assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and laundry

• Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions and vital signs to the care team

• Promote client safety and prevent accidents by ensuring a safe and hazard‑free environment

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Collaborate with the care team to create effective care plans and communicate regularly with clients and families

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Current certification as a Home Health Aide (HHA) or willingness to obtain certification.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
