DescriptionThis position offers a remote, full-time opportunity for a skilled professional to manage and support IT systems. The role involves administering cloud-based environments, managing network infrastructure, and providing user support. Candidates should have experience in systems administration and networking.
Key Responsibilities- Administer and manage cloud-based environments, including user provisioning and troubleshooting.
- Manage and support endpoint devices, ensuring compliance and security.
- Provide first-line support for network infrastructure and escalat as necessary.
- Execute employee onboarding and offboarding processes, managing accounts and access.
- Develop and maintain scripts for automation and routine tasks.
- Associate or bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum Of Three Years Of Experience In Systems Administration.
- Experience with cloud-based environments and network fundamentals.
- Scripting experience for automation of tasks.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to support users remotely.
