, you will play a key leadership role in supporting our nursing team, ensuring quality care, regulatory compliance, and positive outcomes for our residents. We are committed to creating a supportive environment where both residents and staff can thrive.

• Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Current, unencumbered New Jersey RN License
• Point Click Care (PCC) experience required
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
• Supervise nursing staff and ensure proper medication administration and resident care
• Conduct multiple nursing rounds throughout each shift
• Provide education and support to staff, residents, and families
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
• Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership
• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) may be considered
