OverviewAfast-growing long-term care group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated
Nurse Practitioner to join our team at anursinghome in Matawan, NJ. Thisis an opportunity to make a real impact on patients’ lives while working with a supportive and mission-driven team.
- Providea full scope of primary care, including new admissions, routine follow-upvisits, and comprehensive medical management for residents
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of NJ
- Minimumof 6 months NP experience
- Prior nursing home or long-term care experience highly preferred
Fulltime – Monday till Friday
Compensation & Benefits- Competitive annual salary ranging from $140,000 to $155,000
