We are seeking a driven, hands-on Assistant Team Lead to dedicate full-time focus to elevating the Flemington location to Ritz-Carlton standards.

Rewards & Earning Potential
  • Base: $18 per hour with a guaranteed path to $20 per hour within the first year

How You Will Lead
  • Drive the Sales Floor:
    Master and model the proven 5-step sales method. Confidently sell memberships, upgrade services, and actively coach Spa Consultants to hit peak performance.
  • Master Operations:
    Assist with staff scheduling, inventory management, supply orders, and daily financial goals to keep the business running smoothly.
  • Curate the Aesthetic:
    Ensure the facility remains in pristine, luxury condition, overseeing spa cleanliness, equipment upkeep, and safety standards.
  • Set the Standard:
    Act as the brand ambassador. Oversee opening and closing procedures, champion the culture, and guarantee a world-class guest experience during every interaction.
What You Bring to the Table
  • Experience:

    At least 2 years of proven, numbers-driven success in sales, retail, or hospitality management.
  • Full-Time Commitment:
    Open availability to dedicate a full 40 hours per week to the salon, including essential weekend and evening coverage.
  • Drive:
    Highly organized, fiercely self-motivated, and ready to take absolute ownership of the floor.
  • Tech Savvy:
    Fully proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
