Position: Guest Experience Consultant (Daytime  Required) - Matawan

Soleil Tans is a premier Luxury Sun Spa seeking a polished Client Experience Consultant to command our front-of-house operations. This is an opportunity for a confident professional who takes ownership of the guest experience. We are looking for a proactive problem-solver who can navigate guest interactions with grace, uphold our luxury standards, and confidently drive business results without needing constant supervision.

Schedule

8–12 hours per week (2–3 shifts), must include at least one weekend shift.

Pay & Perks
  • $16/hour starting pay ($18/hour within one year after training)
  • $1–$4/hour in sales bonuses
  • Average $100/month in tips
  • Paid sales & service training
What You Will Do

Consultative Sales: You will effectively guide guests through membership options and products. This requires the confidence to overcome objections, ask for the sale, and educate clients on the value of our services.

Independent Problem Resolution: You are the first point of contact for guest concerns. We need someone who can think on their feet to de‑escalate issues and solve scheduling conflicts professionally, without needing constant managerial oversight.

Brand Stewardship: You will maintain luxury standards in both the facility’s appearance and your own professional presentation.

The Ideal Candidate

Professional Maturity: You have experience in high‑end retail, hospitality, or sales and understand how to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.

Resilient & Confident: You are comfortable with healthy confrontation, whether that means enforcing a cancellation policy or navigating a difficult sales conversation with poise.
