Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Maintenance Manager located in Jaipur. The Residential Maintenance Manager will oversee all maintenance tasks, including preventive and corrective maintenance, ensure optimal functioning of equipment and facilities, and manage a team of maintenance staff effectively. Responsibilities include supervising repairs, implementing maintenance strategies, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring timely completion of maintenance projects.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and lead maintenance teams effectively
Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure proper functioning and longevity of all equipment
Experience in Maintenance Management and Maintenance & Repair to handle day-to-day operations and ensure high standards of upkeep
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in maintenance practices
Ability to work on-site and adapt to operational needs
Prior experience in residential or facilities maintenance management is highly advantageous
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or technical certification is preferred
