We're recruiting an experienced and reliable Electrician to join a well-established contractor specialising in maintenance and improvement works across social housing properties in Derbyshire. This is a permanent role, offering long-term stability, ongoing support, and a company van for work use.

• Carry out electrical repairs, maintenance, and installations within occupied and void social housing properties
• Diagnose and repair electrical faults efficiently and to a high standard
• Complete EICRs and any remedial works required
• Ensure all work meets current electrical regulations and best practices
• Maintain excellent customer service when interacting with tenants
• Keep accurate records and update job management systems where required

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)
• 18th Edition qualified
• 2391 (Testing & Inspection) desirable but not essential
• Experience working in social housing or domestic environments
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
